Intergalactic Politics
A planet found that had been our original planet in the Helios galaxy and that there are other human beings on planets other than Earth. We develop technology and rocket ships to reach out and expand our own experiences and knowledge. We and they develop an intergalactic human being a democracy for all and the few. But we find nonhuman species that pose a threat.
